Site policy
Privacy
Effective August 25, 2026
We keep this policy plain because your privacy should not need a decoder ring. PHP-Nuke for Donkeys does not use ad trackers, analytics cookies, account systems, or newsletter forms at launch.
What may be collected
Our hosting and security providers may keep basic request logs when you visit. Those logs can include your IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. They help deliver the site, stop abuse, and fix technical faults. We do not use them to build a marketing profile.
If you email us, we receive your address and anything you choose to send. We use that information only to read and answer your message, keep a needed business record, or handle misuse.
Cookies and tracking
We do not set first-party tracking cookies. A linked site may follow its own privacy rules after you leave this site. Please review that site's policy if you want to know how it handles data.
AI assistance and editorial identity
Jamie Calder is the editorial pen name used on this site. AI-assisted tools may help with research organization, early drafts, editing, code, or original illustrations. Published pages are reviewed for clarity, factual support, and fit with the site's editorial standards.
Affiliate links
Some future product links may be affiliate links. If that happens, we may earn a commission after a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to you. We will identify material affiliate relationships where readers see the link. The site does not have an affiliate program in place at launch.
Service providers and legal needs
We may share limited data with providers that host, secure, or maintain the site. We may also preserve or disclose information when the law requires it, or when reasonably needed to protect the site and its readers.
Data choices
You may ask what personal information you sent us, ask for a correction, or request deletion when we are not required to keep it. Email jamie@phpnukefordonkeys.com. We may need enough detail to find the right message and confirm the request.
Children
This site is for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may revise this page when the site adds a service or the law changes. The effective date above will show the latest version.
